Returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA please contact info@babybay.us with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns without an RMA will be refused. Returns which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Orders that are refused or returned due to invalid address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal will be treated as Returns.

Absolutely waterproof! It is basically a cotton sheet on one side and TPU on the other which has made any sort of cleaning up easy for me. I just pull off the dirty protector and put another one on. It takes me a minute or two.
