Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $300 within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For orders under $300, shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes another 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada: $130 flat-rate shipping.
- Pre-orders: if your order includes a pre-order item, everything ships together once it's in stock.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for U.S. orders:
- Unopened items: No restocking fee.
- Opened wooden products: 25% restocking fee. Must be in like-new condition and in original packaging.
- Opened mattresses, sheets & other fabric items: Not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
