Shipping:
Free shipping for orders over $300 in the US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. In our effort to give the Earth a helping hand, any orders that include a pre-order will be shipped in one shipment when all items are in stock.
For Continental US orders, transit times range from 1-5 business days, depending on your shipping region. International transit times can range from 5 -30 days.

Returns:
Customers have 14 days upon delivery of their order to return their products. Babybay accepts returns from babybay USA.
Returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA please contact info@babybay.us with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns without an RMA will be refused. Returns which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Orders that are refused or returned due to invalid address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal will be treated as Returns.
