Shipping, Returns and Exchanges Policies
Orders typically ship within two to five business days unless your order contains pre-ordered items which in that case the entire order will ship when the pre-order fulfillment date is reached. Continental US order transit times range from 1 – 5 business days depending on your shipping region. International transit times can range from 5 -30 days. Free shipping for orders over $300 in the US except for Hawaii and Alaska.
$130 USD shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Customers outside the US are responsible for any applicable tariffs.
All international orders are subject to shipping fees.
Orders that are refused or returned due to invalid address or multiple failed delivery attempts will be treated as Returns.
Babybay accepts returns merchandise from babybay USA. Customers have 14 days upon delivery of their order to return their products. Returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA please contact [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns without an RMA will be refused. Returns which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Orders that are refused or returned due to invalid address or multiple failed delivery attempts will be treated as Returns.
- A valid RMA
- Product(s) in original packaging with all parts and accessories.
- Product must be in “Like New” condition.
The following are non-refundable:
- International orders
- Opened Sheets, Covers and Mattress Protectors
- Pre-2020 Accessories
- Orders paid for with gift cards
- Discontinued and discounted merchandise
- Items described as non-returnable
Please allow 14 business days to review and refund returned merchandise. Refunds less restocking and shipping fees will be issued to the original form of payment only.
Babybay does not offer exchanges on products once they have been shipped. Customers who would like a different model or color after an order has been shipped will need to request an RMA. Please reference our Return Policy above.
CODs will not be accepted.
Damaged parts due to shipping or manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge. To receive replacement parts please contact [email protected] with your order number, photos and part number(s) of the damaged part(s).
