Shipping, Returns and Exchanges Policies


Orders ship within two business days unless your order contains pre-ordered items, in that case the entire order will ship when the pre-order fulfillment date is reached. Orders take up to five business days for delivery, depending on your shipping region, via UPS/USPS. For special shipping requests please email [email protected].

Free shipping for orders over $200 in the US except for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

All international orders are subject to shipping fees.


Babybay offers a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused items purchased from babybay. Returned items must be in their original unopened packaging with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain an RA# please contact [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling expenses.

Returned items which are found to be in an acceptable condition, as described above, will receive credit back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns. Babybay will send a confirmation email once credit is issued. Credit card companies have different refund time frames so please contact your financial institution for their refund processing times.

Returns without an RA# will be refused and not given proper credit. Items returned to babybay due to delivery refusal or multiple delivery attempts will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and additional shipping fees.

International orders are non-refundable.

Pre-2020 Accessories are non-refundable.

We offer a one time exchange for babybay bedside sleepers and bassinet conversion kits. No exchanges are available for fabric items, such as sheets, mattress protectors, mattress covers, mattress pads, babynests or canopies. Exchanges must be requested within 14-days of receiving an order. Customers exchanging products are not responsible for the cost of return shipping or restocking fee, but are responsible for shipping of replacement products. Customers will be given credit which can be applied to babybay purchases. To exchange products please contact [email protected] and have your order number or invoice available.


CODs will not be accepted.

Damaged Orders

Damaged parts due to shipping or manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge. To receive replacement parts please contact [email protected] with your order number, photos and part number(s) of the damaged part(s).
