Return and Exchange Policy
Babybay offers a 30-day return policy on unused items purchased from babybay. Returned items must be in their original unopened packaging and have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain a RA# please contact us at [email protected] and have your order number or invoice available. RA#’s will be issued along with the reason for the return. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling expenses. Returns without a RA# will be refused and not given proper credit. Items returned to babybay due to delivery refusal or multiple delivery attempts will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and additional shipping fees. Customers exchanging products are not responsible for the cost of return shipping or restocking fee, but are responsible for shipping of replacement products. CODs will not be accepted. Damaged parts due to shipping or manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge. Once returned items which are found to be in an acceptable condition as described above are received, a credit will be given to the original credit card or VISA gift card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns. babybay will send a confirmation email once credit is issued. Credit card companies have different refund time frames so please contact your financial institution for their refund processing times.
