just now-Edit

I absolutely love our baby bay beside sleeper, we just recently set it up and it is exactly what we wanted. Our baby is not due until March 2nd, 2018 so we have not officially used it but I know having my baby so close to me at night, especially since this is our first baby, will make it all that much more easier for those late night feedings and it will put my mind at ease having our little peanut so close to me. We also bought the additional railing for when baby starts to wiggle around more and so we can use it in other rooms if needed and so we can use it longer as we do not have much space in our current place at the moment. The quality is wonderful, the look is amazing, the quality is great, we are very very happy.

This bed is so beautiful! Not only does is look great but baby loves sleeping in it. Husband recently had back surgery so having something that comes right up to the bed mattress and still having a barrier makes is so convenient for him and for me. Love this product!

We love our babybay Bedside Sleeper. It easily attached to our bed and I can get our baby in and out of it in a breeze for night feedings and cuddles. We feel super safe having him sleep there.

BROKEN WOOD STICKS! I AM SO UPSET & OUT OF A BASSINET!

Cons:
I had my baby shower, we brought all the gifts home, my fiance assembled almost everything, someone bought us exactly what I wanted, which was the untreated bassinet with organic mattress and organic cotton sheets. I chose this specific setup for many reasons and because it would matched perfectly with our unfinished natural wood bed. Ok, so, here is the sad part, assembling took him almost 2 hours due to confusing instructions, after putting everything together, ready to go, he carries over to our bedroom, i noticed it was not very sturdy, two of the wooden sticks were broken with sharp splinters. We decided to throw it out immediately, because we were afraid at that point splinters got into the mattress and sheets. This happened a few days ago and we are trying to figure out who made the actual purchase without insulting anyone, it was a group of friends that bought and we are just going to suck this one up. But we are so upset this happened. My friends and family gave great reviews on this product. I wish our experience was a great one, considering this was a huge and great and expensive gift. I don't know where these items were purchased, I'm only assuming amazon, but not sure. My humble opinion is that I am sure this was a great bassinet, hence I wanted one. Not sure were these bassinets are being manufactured, hopefully in a good place. I just feel this was a bad batch, maybe the way it was stored, temperature because the wood is not treated, maybe the wood is not of single solid wood pieces, but broken wooden sticks for a baby bassinet is a concern, maybe babybay should have better packaging, these are my concerned suggestions only and because I have zero details of how, when, who purchased this gift for us, I am not calling the company, because I am sure they can't do much under the circumstances. But people just be careful, check your packaging and product well before assembling anything. I have 4 weeks left till giving birth and absolutely stressed out i am out a bassinet. This sucks!!!! babybay, please improve your packaging. I am truly upset about this and i know it's material things and not a matter of life and death, but could have been a very situation if my baby was using a broken wood bassinet.
