Having her so close has made soothing and nursing at night easier and also helped with my anxiety. I would ABSOLUTELY buy this again. All of the other beside bassinets i found were plastic and many didnt look very sturdy. Expensive but worth it!

This is a game changer! We got our Babybay when our little one was about 2 weeks old. And it changed everything! Having something natural with no harmful chemicals and that could roll up to the bed was very important to me and this fit the bill perfectly! Everything that is nontoxic (which is not a lot) do not have the feature of being able to practically cosleep but safely. I like how the platform portion is adjustable so can be moved up or down to accomodate pretty much any bed height. And we are already thinking of fun ways to upcycle this when it's no longer a bassinette...stuffed animal storage, a kid sized desk, there are so many options. Best baby purchase so far and can't wat to get the canopy--we need it to keep the cats out, haha. Setup only took about 20 min and was pretty painless. It's a bit heavier than I had thought (which makes perfpect sense since it's solid wood, duh) so think I will spring for the extra wheels now. Recommend!

We were searching for a minimal and nontoxic bassinet option and I’m so glad we found babybay. I love that the wood is unfinished without any chemicals and has the option of organic cotton sheets. The fact that it connects to the bed is perfect since co-sleeping wasn’t an option with our 100 lb Labrador also sleeping in bed. I love that it is simple and made of all wood - it looks great on our space without looking like a typical baby item. It fits our decor perfectly while also being completely functional.

Great crib for both co-sleeping and stand alone. I feel that it is the safest crib for co-sleeping, having wooden protection on all the sides, while still comfortable for co-sleeping. It has the right size, and most important for me it is safe and made of natural wood material. I like it a lot!

We have been looking for a wooden side sleeper for our yet to be born second child and this is the only one that fit with what we are looking for! The wood is high quality but the best things about it are that the height is adjustable so fits any bed frame AND it has the ability to secure itself to the frame so to reduce the risk of tipping over. Fabulous product! Purchased after ordering a similar product from another company based on Amazon reviews. Unfortunately, that product didn’t even hold up through the assembly, because a tiny plastic piece broke off and destroyed the entire construction. It was promptly returned and the Babybay original purchase was made — simpler is better! Since it is made of real wood and nuts and bolts, it’s very difficult to mess up. It doesn’t have the same easy assembly as a pack n’ play or some of the other bassinet/bedside sleepers that just fold out and snap into place with their plastic parts. You actually need to use a screwdriver with the Babybay. Nonetheless, it is a quality piece and took little more than 30 min to assemble and secure to our bed. Additionally, we ordered this when it was backordered and we were on a time crunch after our purchase from the other company did not work out. (Babybay purchase was made mid-November 2020 for availability “end of November-early December”.) Due to supply shortages and holiday shipping times, I was realistic about the risks of baby arriving before the product did. I started to get a little anxious when I did not hear anything from Babybay a few days into December; so, I reached out via email to request an update on shipping. Customer service was excellent! I received a response within a day that the company had just received their materials and planned to ship all existing orders within a week’s time. My order shipped just a day or two later and arrived before baby. I could not be happier with this purchase for my baby #3!

We are so excited to use the babybay with our first baby girl. We wanted a safe sleep surface for her right next to us and this is the perfect size to fit seamlessly in our bedroom next to the bed. It was easy to assemble and a very quality product. I like how thick the mattress is compared to the flimsy and thin mattresses on your average bassinet. It was really easy to assemble and we love that is made of untreated wood because it blends perfectly with our bedroom decor. Only downside would be that we bought the original one but our bed is 25” high and baby is still not here but I believe the bedside sleeper will be slightly short so if your bed is close to 25” I would strongly suggest you buy the Maxi Tall.

The babybay bedside sleeper turned out to be exactly what I needed for my baby. I love that it can be right against and aligned with the height of my mattress for easy access to the baby for night feedings. The main reason I wanted to give this a try was because it’s non toxic, which was a priority. My little one was in it for 6 months no problem- she was comfy and had enough space. I have recommended this product to friends and they are extremely happy with it as well. So glad I discovered BabyBay! I was looking for a bedside bassinet that would basically function as a co-sleeper, and soooo many of the bassinets I found still required me to get up and reach into the bassinet for baby (such as the one I used for my first son). This one attaches right to the bed, so all I have to do is roll over and grab baby. The non-toxic materials are also a plus :)

We (almost) agonized over which bassinet to go with for our newborn. This is my fourth baby and I never had a bassinet or co-sleeper, but with this one being a C-section, I wanted something so I wouldn't have to do much moving and reaching to get the baby for feedings. Although our babybay didn't arrive in time to be the most useful in those painful post-partum weeks (our version was backordered for a couple of months), it will definitely be a benefit to have baby very close especially for night feedings. Will be great for subsequent children too. We don't have a bed frame so we use the resistance straps, which is a nice gadget for those of us who don't have the typical frame!
