Returns:
Customers have 14 days upon delivery of their order to return their products. Babybay accepts returns from babybay USA.

Returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA please contact info@babybay.us with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns without an RMA will be refused. Returns which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Orders that are refused or returned due to invalid address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal will be treated as Returns.

There's a Bassinet Conversion Kit to fit each of our US babybay models (the Original, the Maxi, and the Maxi Tall). Because the Maxi and the Maxi Tall have a more spacious sleep platform, the lengths of the Bassinet Conversion Kits needed for each model vary slightly.

We like to give parents like you flexibility when it comes to where and how you use your babybay bedside bassinet. I will try to be as brief as possible here. Our baby loves sleeping in the babybay, but we were only using it as a bedside sleeper. We had a few other bassinets which we used around the house, but honestly, they seemed a bit cheap. We got a follow up email from babybay which is when I saw the bassinet conversion. Ob, I bought it right away and now our baby basically lives in the babybay, either as a bassinet around the house or as a bedside sleeper next to our bed.

If she isnt being held, our baby spends nearly all her time in the babybay bassinet. We literally roll it around the house with us so we can have a safe place for our daughter. Dont forget to buy the casters!
